Our Classes

Regardless of your age, size or skill level, Rack City CrossFit is the box for the best selection of coaches, members and equipment around. If you’re a beginner, we’ll stand by your side for maximum assistance until you’re reading to fly with your new CrossFit family in a group setting. You’ll scale up in no time—and grow right along with us!

  • RC Boot Camp

    Designed to be challenging, fun and to build strength and endurance. Using a variety of equipment such as Battle ropes, tires and TRX. These intense group classes provide new tests every time, ensuring the workout never gets redundant and keeps everyone motivated and excited!


    RC HIIT is a 30-minute class which utilizes high-intensity interval training — a combination of alternating short spurts of intense movement with periods of active rest. This strategy burns fat, builds muscle and increases endurance. Quick and efficient getting you in and out of the gym in 30 minutes.

  • CrossFit

    Our main program and the foundation for our fitness community, CrossFit consists of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. We use a number of fitness elements to improve all aspects of your health and fitness to get in the best shape of your life. Your strength, stamina, speed, balance, coordination and flexibility will all improve substantially once you begin our CrossFit program.

    Our CrossFit classes consist of a Workout of the Day (WOD), where you’ll join your fellow classmates in exercises that change daily. You’ll never get bored with our CrossFit program, as each day’s activity provides something new and exciting. Classes are intentionally capped to prevent group sizes from becoming too large. This isn’t a “normal” gym where you’re only a number or a face in the crowd. Our CrossFit classes focus on creating a welcoming environment where you’ll receive personalized attention from our trainers and participate alongside other members cheering you on to be your best.

    Our CrossFit classes are perfect for anyone looking to improve their health and performance. Each CrossFit class is an hour long and includes the warm-up, skill progression, workout of the day (WOD), and a cool-down. We offer goal based programming: Fitness and Sport.

  • RC Teens

    Who says adults get to have all the fun? CrossFit Teens teaches kids the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity in working out. Establishing good movements and fitness through adolescence is our goal. CrossFit Teens provides young adults with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries. Also, scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So your teen will do better on the field and in the classroom.

  • RC Strength and Conditioning

    A combination of a thorough warm up, strength aspect, conditioning portion and stretching. These classes are intricately designed to result in express fat burning, muscle strengthening, flexibility, mobility and optimize endurance! Never the same thing, always a challenge, changing and building as you progress!

  • Nutritional Consulting

    We personalize a plan for you to achieve your fitness and health related goals. We lay our nutrition foundation through clean eating, but customize the needs of our clients through Flexible Nutrition. We also use a cutting edge body composition analyzer, The Inbody 270, to assess each client. The Inbody 270 allows us to measure not only weight, but body fat percentage, lean body mass, total body water, basal metabolic rate and several other health indicators. This is the same analyzer that is used in top Universities and in the medical field.

  • Endurance

    Want your race times to drop? Tired of overuse injuries keeping you on the sidelines? Then our Endurance Class is for you. In this class, we’ll be targeting muscle groups that are traditionally weaker on endurance athletes, all while developing explosive speed. The goal of this class is to leave you stronger, faster, and more immune to overuse injuries.

  • Gymnastics

    Build strength, coordination, balance and flexibility in our Gymnastics class! If you want to build your core, there’s no better (or more exhilarating) was to do it than with gymnastics. Holding yourself upside down, flipping, using rings and bars, and all the other fun things we do in class will help you gain the superhuman strength gymnasts are famous for.

  • Private Coaching

    As personal as it gets — private coaching works best for those looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique or prepare for an event. The one-on-one experience gives the athlete the most attention in an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Private coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability. We offer these in 30- and 60-minute sessions.
